shine week

Today is Shine Week.You have to bring a gold coin to support families suffering from domestic violence. You have to bring a gold coin to wear orange clothes on Friday.

shrove Tuesday

Today is Shrove Tuesday. We make pancakes because we need to use up the flour and eggs.
In Jesus time they tried to get rid of eggs flour, sugar etc, because Jesus fasted in a desert for 40 days!

sun smart

Okay si muy bien (which is 'Yes very good in Spanish) We learnt about sun smart. That you have to stay under the shade if do not have a hat or you can get sun burnt. And we learnt about tones of skin. That if you are a 1 then you will get burnt easily And if you are a 5 you won't get burnt easily.
